I just had to go to the Jane Austen Centre (she's one of my favourite writers) in town. Did you know that she wrote 'Persuasion and Northanger Abbey' while she was staying here? Anyway you can see a lot of things about her life but also about the life in general during that time. It's on Gay street and it's ₤3.95 to get in.
