Well, I stayed in one of the finest 4-star hotels in town, namely the Burlington Hotel (it's on 126 New street, near the Burlington Arcade). My room cost ₤77 but I stayed there only Friday and Saturday night and the prices go up (even double) during the week. I sent them an email at mail@burlingtonhotel.com.
