Last summer I rented a bike from Sunrise Cycles, by the West Pier. This is the number, in case you wanna call: 748881. You can find bikes there starting from ₤11 for a day. You should be very careful because the traffic tends to be crazy (I almost had some problems). Anyway, better stick to the cycle routes.
