Giant's causeway, Bushmills

Posted 1 year ago by jiro in response to avatar akkasi's question: Is the landscape from the so-called Giant's causeway in Bushmills so spectacular? or it's just rocks.? (give a different answer) .

Well, there are about 40,000 volcanic basalt columns protected by the National Trust, but if you want to call them simple rocks, you disappoint me......the causeway is formed of hexagonal pipes and legend says the Irish fabled giant named Finn McCool built it as a bridge to reach his lady love on the Scottish island of Staffa.
