I would say to go for the Christ's College; It was founded in the beginning of the 16th century by Lady Margaret Beaufort and it's the place where Darwin studied; I was really impressed by the gate at the entrance with its heraldic carving. If you go through the gate of the Second Court you'll get into a garden where you can see the tree under which Milton is said to have written his 'Lycidas'.
