You should definitely check out The Discovery Point; it's about the Dicovery research ship on which Scott made the polar expedition and was trapped in ice for 2 winters. It's ₤6.25 to enter but yiu can actually go on board and check out the crew cabins and even Scott's cabin. Besides this, there are also audio-video shows in the main building and nice displays. You'll find it near the Tay Road Bridge.
