West End offers few restaurants to its locals. In these conditions no. 1 for me remains The Flaming Red Dining Room. It has the air of an elegant & cozy Scottish place plus a menu rich in seafood. If you want your menu to be complete order first a starter which is £3-4 and then a main course (this is about £7-10). To book call 313 3334
