I heard my sister saying she often goes to Rincon de Espana. I don't like spicy food (and as far as I know the Spanish cuisine has a lot) that's why I don't frequent it. But if you trust her words you should find a lively & noisy place with reasonable prices. The name of the street where's it's located is 1 Grove.
