Memories from Scotland's best writers: Edinburgh, The Writer's Museum

Posted 1 year ago by jhon in response to avatar elena's question: any literature museum in Edinburgh? (give a different answer) .

Knowing that Scotland was the home of so many famous writers it would have been impossible for its capital not to have such a museum. During the years at the The Writer's Museum there have been gathered manuscripts belonging to W. Scott, R. Burn & R.L. Stevenson. After a visit the literature-passionate ones can remain for a lecture. Admission is free (but don't go on Sunday when it's closed)
