Low-Cost is a car-rental agency in Edinburgh, 1a Wardlaw Terrace, that has a series of less expensive cars. The reason why they do this is because their cars are a bit older.... which of course doesn't mean they will stop functioning in the middle of the road. For long-term rentals the agency has some promotions.
