Yes, of course. I was visiting Glasgow a month ago and I took a free tour which took about 45 minutes. The tour started at 10.30 but I think there is another one in the afternoon. This is only possible during weekdays. By the way, did you know that they used to shoot films inside? The decor was supposed to be at Kremlin.
