If you really want to pamper you sister, and if you're not on a tight budget, go to the Electric Cinema, on 191 Portobello Rd. It's very luxurious, has incredible seating (I've never seen anything similar in a cinema), they always have premiers and events, but the prices are premium, too: 12.50 £ per person.
