My and my girlfriend always go to First Out because we feel really good there. It's this nice, friendly cafe not only for lesbians but also for gays so you are most welcome. There's vegetarian food and all kinds of exhibitions taking place all the time. It's on St Giles High Street. Take the tube to Tottenham Court Road station.
