Gay Hussar - a resturant with Hungarian specialities in London

Posted 1 year ago by jiro in response to sir's question: I've never tried Hungarian food before, but I'd like to and this weekend would be a great ocasion for that... a friend of mine (who is from Budapest) will come by and I'd like to try some of his country's specialities. could you recommend a good restaurant in London? (give a different answer) .

try Gay Hussar (2 Greek St W1) - it's elegant, but not stuffy, with rich, authentic and meaty menu and colossal portions! if you're a spicy food fan, I suggest you order the "gips quick dish" (with pork medallions, onion and green peppers). all my friends think it's a standout! for other tips you may check this: www.gayhussar.co.uk.
