It is, it is :) On 9 Cursitor St EC4 there's the Chancery, that has incredibly good food (definitely top french cuisine), especially the caramelised onions and artichoke puree. However, it can be a less than pleasant experience because of the customers (all of whom work in the legal domain). But the place is worth a visit.
