It's all very subjective, but I firmly believe it is to be found at Ken Lo's Memories of China, on 67-69 Ebury St (open for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday). The food here is absolutely fabulous, a fine example being the "Gastronomic Tour of China" set menu. The prices are moderate to high, ranginf from 5 to 30 £ for the mains.
