On 28 Marylebone Hight St there is the Quiet Revolution, my favourite cafe in London. It's a superb place where you can relax and recharge your batteries, sip on some tasty juices and have simple but good breakfasts or lunches. Mains are 5 to 9 pounds. Unfortunately this place closes at 6 pm, but an advantage here is that you get a free beauty product from Aveda.
