The Ubon is what I'd suggest. The food is good and I think it's good value, and the biggest advantage of this place is its setting: it offers great views of the Thames. It's on 34 Westferry Circus, it serves lunch Monday to Friday and dinner Monday to Saturday. Mains are 5 to 30 pounds.
