There is a restaurant I went to last month, the Vertigo 42, and I was truly impressed. The place is on 25 Ols Broad St. in the Tower 42 and has an absolutely spectacular view of London. Go in the evening, to see the lights come on. You should book ahead at least one or two days (7877 78472). They serve mainly seafood and they have lots of sorts of champagne.
