I've heard good things about the Somerset House in London. Is it ok?(give a different answer) .
It's actually a fascinating place. Beside the house in itself, which is very beautiful and a sight in itself, there are some other attractions. The Courtyard Institute of Art is an impressive gallery with great works by renowned artists. The Gilbert Colection of Decorative Arts is also appealing with its exquisite objects on display.
