London, The Crown Jewels of the Waterloo Barracks

Posted 1 year ago by avatar hans in response to won's question: In which part of the Tower (of London) are the famous crown jewels? (give a different answer) .

These precious pieces are now hosted by the Waterloo Barracks (which is north of the White Tower). There's plenty to see there: the sceptres and orbs and o course the main exhibit the Imperial crown which is decorated with 2 thousand and I don't know what precious stones like sapphires, emeralds, diamonds and pearls. Try not to go see them at peak hours so that you can have a good look at them.
