There's the perfect place for you on the first floor, at 44 Covent Garden Market, namely Benajamin Pollock's Toyshop. They sell traditional, theatrical toys, very beautiful and with an antique feel to them even if they aren't antiques. Although I believe I saw some antique teddy bears there.
