I thought people didn't use these things anymore since there are cells and skype and all this stuff. But, if you want to know, you can buy phone cards from many places including post offices and newsagents and retailers and so on. One of the most popular card in Britain are the ones of the British Telecom (BT) that you can buy for 3,5,10 and 20 £.
