I think there are various buses running between the 2 airports but I know for sure that Speedlink has buses running between the 2 airports. They go every half and hour and you'll be there in about 70 minutes. A single ticket is 17 pounds. Just ask at the Speedlink offices in arrivals of terminals 1 or 3.
