In the weekends it's ₤2 (and ₤1 for children) but during the week it's free (it's open till 5 pm in the warm period). But don't expect too much; the castle is not that exciting to see. The museum is far more interesting and upsatirs it even has paintings by Delacroix and Rosetti.
