I really wanted to see all the northern islands so I went for a couple of days. One of the things I liked most there was visiting the Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall. It's the most northern whiskey distillery in the world, not to mention one of the best and you'll get to see all the whiskey-making process.You'll find it on Holm Road and the tour is ₤3.50.
