There's the Balfour castle, not very expensive, with 140$ per night, you can check their address at www.balfourcastle.co.uk. Dinner will be served at the sound of gong, you'll taste your sweetest scallops and lobster, while the only contact with the outside world will be a weekly newspaper called "the Orcadian". The island is so little, you can walk it all in one day, but it's full of seals and seagulls.
