You can take the Northlink Ferries from Aberdeen, Scotland. Ferries leave 3 times a week and the ticket is from ₤43 for you or, if you're going by car it's from ₤190 (that means car and driver). But I tell you, it's a lot of time on board: at least 5 hours and a half (but it could well last 7 hours).
